Summer is in full swing. The sun is shining. Weekends are filled with barbeques and trips to the beach.  Lemonade is in full supply. Here are three great tracks that came out this week to fill your summer party playlists:

3) Clairity – “Velcro”

Newcomer Clairity put out her debut EP this week at the age of just 17.  “Velcro” is a fun dance track that is reminiscent of 80’s dance ballads with a great message of self-confidence. The entire EP Alienation is worth a listen.

3) Seinabo Sey – “Pretend”

Seinabo Sey was on our top 50 songs of 2014 list. The Swedish songstress continues to impress with this week’s release of “Pretend”. Her unique brand of soul pop shines on this brassy summer track. If you haven’t checked out her EP For Madeline from earlier this year, do your ears a favor and give it a listen.

1) Chvrches – “Leave a Trace”

Chvrches are set to release their sophomore album, Every Open Eye, in September. This week they give us a first taste of what to expect from the new record. “Leave a Trace” is a glossy pop gem that leaves you wanting more from their new release. Luckily, September isn’t too far away.
