Oh, what a year. 2019 was a mess of a mess to finish out the decade. Like Charli XCX said, “the world is burning. literally and metaphorically.” Since the planet is in flames, we might as well dance while we try to save this burning ball we call home.
Kanye’s fall into chaos is the perfect metaphor for Earth in 2018. Everything is a hot mess and we aren’t really sure if we’re going to survive. Luckily, we will always have music to get us through the toughest and messiest of times.
2015 is almost over. It was a great year for music. As always, I like to end the year with a list of my favorite tracks and albums. There was a lot of great music that came out in 2015, and a few wonderful surprises. Below is the list of my top 25 tracks and top 10 albums of the year:

Last night was the 87th Annual Academy Awards. The show has always been known for its glitz and glamor. Neil Patrick Harris hosted and the eve felt just a bit gayer than usual. Here are 10 reasons why last night’s awards were the most fabulous yet.
10. The opening number ode to on-screen sexual tension.
DC Comics recently announced it will be launching 24 new titles in June as part of a lineup refresh. Many titles are being canceled or re-branded as part of their new focus on diversity. I made a list of the five new titles I’m most excited to see in June.
Marvel recently announced that it will be ending it’s current universe starting with the upcoming event Secret Wars. They haven’t been exactly clear on the extent of the of the reboot after the event but it sounds like a combination refresh/reboot will be taking place.
